What Happens When You Call
We keep the process simple because we know you’ve probably dealt with garage door companies that made everything complicated. Here’s exactly what happens when you reach out to Bramwell Garage Doors New York.
Step 1: You Call, We Answer
Call (585) 669-6563 and you’ll speak with a live coordinator who knows the New York service area and can schedule your visit. We answer during business hours and we don’t send you to a maze of automated prompts.
Step 2: We Schedule a Time That Works for You
We set a window that fits your schedule, not ours. You’ll know when we’re coming, and we show up in the window we gave. No waiting around all day wondering if anyone will arrive.
Step 3: You Get a Written Estimate
Marcus Ellery or a member of his team assesses your door, walks you through what’s actually going on, and puts the price in writing before any work starts. That price is what you pay. You approve it first. No surprises at the end.
Step 4: The Work Gets Done Right
Once you approve the written estimate, we complete the job, clean up the work area, and walk you through what we did. The work is covered by the Kingswell Guarantee, which means if a repair fails inside the guarantee period, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Why New York Homeowners Call Us First
- Local team, local knowledge. Marcus Ellery and his crew know New York garage doors, from the old wooden carriage doors in Brooklyn Heights to the modern steel installs in Greenpoint. We know what this city’s weather, humidity, and building styles do to springs, cables, and openers.
- Written price before work starts. This is the Bramwell way and it’s non-negotiable. You see the number, you approve it, and that’s the number on your invoice. Every pro working under our name is required to hold the license and insurance their state requires.
- Real arrival windows. We give you a window and we keep it. If something changes, you hear from us. We don’t leave you guessing and we don’t no-show.
- The Kingswell Guarantee in writing. Every job is covered by a written guarantee. If a repair fails inside the guarantee period, we come back and fix it at no charge. That’s the whole point of the guarantee: it’s on paper, not just a promise.
